KENZO — L’EAU AMBRE
For the launch of Kenzo Parfums’ L’Eau Ambrée, Behindtheobvious created two bottle-ingredient visuals forming a coherent diptych with L’Eau Pure, the existing fragrance from the same collection.
Art direction and creative direction are at the core of the studio’s approach — here driven by a hybrid methodology that places AI-assisted creation and 2D post-production on equal footing, in service of a sensory and immersive vision.
The challenge: build a strong visual unity between both fragrances, while preserving the distinct identity of each. Every bottle is immersed in its signature ingredients — fig and golden amber for L’Eau Ambrée, citrus and white lavender for L’Eau Pure — fused within a liquid, crystalline matter that brings the very essence of the fragrance to life.
A creative direction at the crossroads of the sensory and the mineral, designed to anchor the new fragrance within an immediately recognisable visual world.
